there's WAY TOO MUCH of a brouhaha over tent city 3 being held on the uw campus. crime statistically doesn't go up with tent cities and plus there's hella homeless in the udistrict already, it's not like we're not already exposed to these people. where else are they supposed to stay? uw isn't a homeless shelter, but if the city and state won't do anything to at least alleviate the problem then uw should. it'll help the school's karma considering all the budget cuts.

aside from my own rants, ra ra riot was fun to see on the hub lawn today although it did get a little boring so i left to take a nap. at least it was free.
apparently susan boyle has gone into hiding. she cant take the press and said fuck in public. she just wants to be herself and sing!
